- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
